Welcome to our mattress cleaning services! We all like to get our sleep, and rely on our mattresses to provide us with a clean comfortable place to nap. If you suffer from any associated medical condition, it's so good to sleep in a really clean, hygienic bed. Keeping your mattress clean is not always the easiest task, especially if you have young children and pets living in your home. While it may not seem like much, keeping animals, food, and drinks away from your mattress will greatly reduce the chances of spills and accidents. In cases where mattresses are at a higher risk for spills or accidents (in a child's room for example) then you may want to consider a mattress bag or mattress liner/cover. Like any other surface we use and come in contact with regularly, mattresses should be cleaned thoroughly. And because it is fair to say that we spend a significant proportion of time in contact with our mattress, this is particularly important.
A mattress absorbs a lot of moisture (an adult perspires and breathes out around 1/2 liter of moisture each night, and sheds around half a kilo of dead skin per year) which makes it a favourite environment for the house dust mite. Some covers are even designed to reduce dust mite allergies, and reduce the need to vacuum your mattress. The mistake people commonly make when cleaning biological stains like pee on a mattress, is not getting to the root of the problem i.e. the urine has gone deeper than the surface that you are cleaning. All that happens when you clean the surface is a temporary removal of the stain / odour which comes back over time; it is especially noticeable when the humidity rises. The high tech mattress cleaning & sanitizing machine removes the nastiest hygienically with using water. Allergenic cleaning of the mattress will benefit people with allergies. Many of our customers are fortunate not to suffer from allergies but are comforted by the idea that they do not share their bed with millions of dust mites every night. We steam-clean the mattress at a high temperature which removes most stains and is the common method. As well as cleaning the mattress this removes dust mites and bacteria which cause allergy problems.
