Service Price
Our service prices vary in accordance with the area where your property is located. Our prices start from £8/h and can go up to £12/h.
In a case of very dirty surfaces or services performed after a basic repair, the price will be negotiated.
How can I pay?
The best way to pay us is by giving cash or a cheque to our staff. However, if you have an agreement with us, you can pay in the end of the contract period. The easiest way under this circumstances is to transfer the money online and then we will send you invoice for the services performed.
What are the different types of services that you offer?
We offer types of services related to cleaning private homes, offices, restaurants, etc.
Do you offer cleaning on regular basics?
Yes, we do! Just give us a call for more details.
Do I need to have my own materials and chemicals or do you use your own?
We can provide our own materials and chemicals or use yours. There will be some very small difference in the price.
Can you send a cleaner during non-working days or/and non-business hours?
Yes, we can send a cleaner during weekends or/and after 5.30pm during weekdays. Just give us a call to arrange the details and to quote the price.
What happens if something is damaged while my home is being cleaned?
Even though we take extreme care when cleaning your home, there are times when accidents do happen. If breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.
What are the procedures for changing an existing appointment?
We try to accommodate our clients as much as possible. We ask that you give us a call 24 hours before the appointment to be rescheduled, so that we can adjust our schedule.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use environmentally healthy materials only.
Do I have to be at home when the staff comes?
It is not necessary for you to be at your home. For your peace of mind, all of our staff are fully insured and bonded. If you decide not to stay at home, for ease of access, you may provide us with a key and our staff will do the job.
